Founded in April 2023 by David Ben-Zaken during his second year at the University of Miami School of Law, BZ Sports Management was born out of a clear need for collegiate athletes to have quality representation in the growing world of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals. Recognizing that athletes were navigating complex agreements without proper guidance, David Ben-Zaken created BZ Sports with the mission of helping athletes maximize their potential both on and off the field.

Since its inception, BZ Sports has specialized in connecting athletes with brands and opportunities that align with their personal values and long-term goals. With a deep understanding of the legal and commercial landscape, the agency ensures athletes receive the best deals while maintaining a focus on their athletic careers.

About The Founder: David Ben-Zaken

David Ben-Zaken, the founder of BZ Sports Management, was born and raised in Parkland, Florida. From a young age, David Ben-Zaken developed a passion for both sports and business, which he pursued through his academic journey. He attended Florida State University, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Continuing his education at the University of Miami School of Law, David Ben-Zaken earned his Juris Doctor degree, graduating cum laude. During law school, he identified a gap in the representation of collegiate athletes in their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals, which inspired him to establish BZ Sports Management in 2023.

Today, David Ben-Zaken is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida and holds a contract advisor license from the NFL Players Association (NFLPA). His legal expertise and commitment to helping athletes succeed on and off the field continue to shape the vision and direction of BZ Sports Management.
